The valve on the tubing and on the casing were open. The production equipment included a steel 100 barrel tank, a vertical separator, and a chart recorder with a 2 by 1 inch orifice plate. The 100 barrel tank was inside an earthen dike. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
