0954698481 2012-01-27 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I conducted a status check on this site and found that the well head was fenced with chain link and it is equipped with a plunger lift system. The tank battery consists of one 100 barrel stock tank and six separators. There was no brine storage tank. The thief hatch was closed and there was a bull plug installed in the draw valve. The tank battery was fenced with chain link, and the dike was free of vegetation and debris. The tank battery is shared with permits 2619, 2742, 2666, 2777, 2536 and 3096. Proper identification was posted. I found no leaks or spills at the well head or the tank battery. I took new GPS coordinates of the well head and tank battery. No violations at this time.
