The production equipment included a 210 barrel tank and a vertical separator all within a fenced in earthen dike. Also present on location a flare stack. Identification was present and production records were current. A light gas smell was detected and utilizing ODNR Honeywell PhD6 meter revealed a LEL of 0 and H2S reading of 0 parts per million (ppm). Also utilizing ODNR Tango H2S detector revealed 0 ppm.
