Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0970654864 2014-09-17 Casing String Witnessed No Violations Onsite to witness the cementing of the conductor casing. Precision augered a 100x36 open hole and set 100x30 conductor pipe. Otex cemented the casing back to surface using 310 sacks of class H (15.6 ppg; 1.2 yield). 50% excess was ran in the hole. Cement additives were 2% CaCl2 and .25#/sk celloflake. Good returns to surface.
1041438019 2018-08-16 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the well was equipped with a 4-string casing design with 5.5-inch diameter production casing that appeared to be open flowing. Annular pressure monitoring was in place, the 9.625-inch diameter intermediate casing gauge read 0 pounds per square inch, the 13.375-inch diameter surface casing gauge read 300 pounds per square inch. Production equipment included a Sand Trap, and gas processing unit, there was also a dehydration system with 2 phase separator and glycol injection on location. There are three 400-barrel production fluid tanks shared with all producing wells on the pad. There were multiple Emergency Shut Down devices on location, Identification tags were present, and production was up to date. No violations were found at the time of my inspection.
1071211907 2014-11-11 Administrative Inspection No Violations On this day Patterson 284 had drilled the 28 open hole and the 24 mine string was ran and cemented. Per conversation with AEU comapany representative it was confirmed that cement top off to surface was established.
1454001416 2016-01-25 Preliminary Restoration No Violations On this day I inspected the pad to review the preliminary restoration. On site there was an Ascent employee working with the fluid separators. The site was in appeared to be in satisfactory condition and proper erosion and sediment controls in place. The preliminary restoration for this site is passed.
1674933754 2014-11-12 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection the 18.625 surface casing string was ran and cemented. See cement ticket for details. No violations noted.
2041863441 2018-03-14 Production Wells No Violations The well is equipped with 5.5-inch diameter production casing. The well appears to be free flowing with no artificial lift technology present. The well is piped to a gas processing unit. From there, it is routed to a production area that contains three 400-barrel production fluid holding tanks. Annular pressures read on the gauges provided appeared to be 250 pounds on between the outside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing and the inside of the 13.375-inch diameter casing and 50 pounds between the outside of the 5.5-inch diameter casing and the inside of the 9.625-inch diameter casing . The production records within RBDMS are currently updated to 2017.
2106725693 2014-09-17 Casing String Witnessed No Violations HAD drilling drilled a 36x100 open hole and set 30x100 of conductor casing at 118.75#/ft. O-tex cemented the casing using 310 sacks of class H cement (15.6ppg; 1.2 yield). 74 bbl of water used to displace cement. Cement returned to surface.
