1552500835 | 2019-03-13 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On site inspection to witness the 1st intermediate casing cement job with H&P Drilling 531 on location along with Schlumberger Cement Service. The rig has drilled a 12.250 intermediate well bore section to a measured depth of 7,508 with the depth measured from a drilling rig floor heigth of 26.8 above ground level elevation. Upon reaching total depth the rig inserted 7,454 of 9.625 diameter J-55 grade buttress thread casing with a casing guide shoe and float collar ran along with centralizers. A cement stage tool and swell packer was placed in the string at 5,344 and 5,347. The casing was cemented in a 2 series cement job by first cemented the bottom section below the stage tool using a 306 barrel class A lead consisting of 928 sacks of cement followed by a 86 barrel tail consisting of 405 sacks of class A cement. The cement was displaced by the rig with 388 barrels of oil based mud followed by 161 barrels of recycled water. The plug was landed and the casing pressure tested before inflating the swell packer and deploying the stage tool. Once the stage tool was deployed and the tool activated the upper section above the tool was cemented using a 70 barrel class A lead cement consisting of 328 sacks of cement displaced with 156 barrels of recycled water. |

1783033168 | 2018-12-18 | Casing String Witnessed | No Violations | On site inspection to witness the conductor casing cement job with Express Energys cement service and Precision Rat holes conductor rig. The rig has drilled a 30 diameter conductor borehole to a measured depth of 120 from ground level elevation. The rig inserted 120 of 24 diameter .375 wall casing. Express Energy cemented the casing using a 63 barrel cement mix consisting of 299 sacks of class A cement. The cement weight was verified at 15.6 pound per gallon by weight of scale and the additives were 2% calcium and 1/4 pound per sack loss circulation material. The cement was displaced with 57 barrels of fresh water. Cement returns were witnessed to surface and 1 of cement was left in the cellar to form a liquid tight seal. The well was spudded on 12/17/2018. |
