During my inspection the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter surface casing, 4.5 inch diameter production casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit. The well is capable of production. The production equipment for this well consists of one 100 barrel tank, a chart meter with the charts dated 9/1/16, and one vertical separator. Production equipment is within an earthen dike and the incorrect identification is located on the 100 barrel tank. The identification reads 4495 but this well is not 4495 it is 3355. No pollution violations present during my inspection. Accompanied by ODNRs Jimmy Wiles during inspection. |
