1115730272 | 2017-02-27 | Production Wells | No Violations | The well is equipped with an electrically-driven pumpjack and was producing at the time of inspection. The tank battery shares production equipment with PN# 20771& 20772 consist of two 210 bbl production tanks, one vertical separator, one drip bottle , one digital meter,, one meter run, one horizontal separator, and one heater treater. One underground steel brine tank was located outisde of the dike surrounding the tank battery. The load line to the tanks production valve was equipped with locks and plugs. The tank battery shares a dike with the production equipment belonging to PN# 20797. Proper identification was posted at the well and tank battery. |
1618107637 | 2017-07-18 | Production Wells | No Violations | I followed up on this location after my request to the operator to repair the driveway at the location that the flowline was repaired during the week of 06/26/2017. The location of the incident appears to have been stabilized and is drivable. The production valves at the wellhead were in the open position. No violations were noted at the time of inspection. |
1706340702 | 2017-07-03 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted a status check in response to a flowline break that resulted in a gas release which occurred on 07/01/2017 and was reported to DOGRM Emergency Response. The failed flowline belonged to PN# 20772, but shares a common tank battery with this well. The ground has not yet been excavated at the location of the leak. The wells PN# (20772, 20773, 20771) were shut-in until Enervest could repair the damaged line. The well is equipped with an electrically-driven pumpjack. The tank battery is shared with Petrox PN # 20797 and Enervest PN#s (20772 and 20771) and identification was posted for all four wells. The tank battery consists of two 210 bbl production tanks labelled as belonging to Petrox and one 210 bbl production tank labelled as belonging to Enervest, two vertical separators, one horizontal separator, one heat treater, and three meter runs. Identification was posted at the well and tank battery. The lease road was stable |
