Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1327770556 2012-01-27 Production Wells No Violations My (re)inspection this day found this well is equipped with an operating pumping unit and is producing. The well valves are open and there is a current chart in the gas meter showing some gas sales. Proper identification is posted at the tank battery and the dike is in good condition.
1349264433 2011-11-10 Production Wells No Violations Requested by landowner, Mr. Weaver, to inspect wells to see if they are producing. This day found well equipped with a pumping unit with the valves open. The lease road is very eroded with deep ruts. Gas meter has old chart with no date. There is no identification (ID) signs posted at the well or tank battery The dike around the tank is in good condition. Pumper said that this well makes only water after 2-3 years of inactivity. The well location plots far from location shown on our location map. Our records show production for 2010 is 242 MCF. Landowner argues this well is non productive and wants it plugged.
1417319392 2012-02-02 Production Wells No Violations My inspection this day due to request from Gene Chini to meet with G-R Contractors, operator, to discuss the state of the well. The lawyer for the landowner, Mr. Yoder, has requested I write a violation for the well being idle and I have found well to be in production. This day, accompanied to the well with Gene Chini was Dick Scholtsberger, and pumper Mark Wells. We all walked to the well where we found it capable of producing with a pumping unit, a current chart in the meter at the well, and good identification posted at the tank nearby. Tank is 1 100 bbl with a fair dike but not SPCC sufficient. The lease road is badly eroded with 1 deep ruts and all present are in agreement that the road needs worked on next time a dozer is in the vicinity. Supervisor Chini satisfied that well is in production.
