2847846 Primary Facility 2019-03-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted This well can be accessed from Scientific Rd., in Conewango Township, Warren County, PA. The well is positioned just off of a drive way, and at the top of a relatively steep bank.

This is a combination oil/gas producing well, fitted with an electrically driven pump-jack. The well is plumbed to two separate, buried, gathering lines. The main valve from the production string is open. The main valve from the casing string appears to be closed. The well appears to have recently been serviced. There is a steel drum beside the well full of oily material. It is advised that the drum and/or its contents be properly disposed of, so as to avoid any potential release of the waste material. There does not appear to have been any significant spills or releases around the well head. An aluminum tag is attached to the well head with the correct API ID. The area immediately surrounding the well is adequately vegetated. There are no evident E & S ,or stabilization related issues.
