Casing is filled w/ debris & water to surface. A concrete slab is adjacent to casing on downslope side. No gas was venting at time of inspection. Situated on sloped clearing in new housing development.
2483681 Primary Facility 2016-03-24 Routine/Partial Inspection No Adverse Event or Action Reported Met Columbia Gas personnel @ site to discuss if they have any info on this casing, which they did not. They indicated there was an old Columbia line that was in the immediate area. It had been abandoned recently.
