Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2553208 Primary Facility 2017-01-13 Drilling/Alteration No Violations Noted
2554381 Primary Facility 2017-01-23 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Conventional oil well. The location and access road were built but the well has not been drilled. A rig was on site in preparation to drill however the mast was not setup yet and it appeared they were waiting for cold weather and the site to freeze up. The road surface as well as the banks were extremely muddy and need additional stabilization. I talked with the operator and he indicated that he would mulch the exposed surfaces as soon as possible. No violations at this time but I will check back to see if any stabillization has been done.
