Proper signs were displayed identifying the site. The access road was maintained and in good condition. The outer slopes were stabilized with thick vegetation no erosion observed outside of the LOD. The well heads were maintained no leaks or defects The production tanks were in good condition no defects or leaks.The production tanks secondary containment was intact. 6H was spud in 2017 and is not drilled. The GPU will need secondary containment as required under 78a64a once the well is drilled and producing. |
