Inspection ID Inspection Category Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
2121949 Primary Facility 2012-11-07 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Unable to determine if conductor set. Cellar covered with cement/manhole cover.

2667806 Primary Facility 2017-12-04 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On December 4, 2017, the Department conducted a routine inspection at the Repsol Oil & Gas USA LLC, Senn W 05-253 well site in Windham Township, Bradford County. The Department was represented by Andrew Hobbins. Nobody was present for Repsol.

The site sign, E & S plan and weekly inspection logs were on site and available for review. The site was well vegetated and no erosion issues were observed. The well pad has not been reduced in size, but PCSM has been addressed with the installation of one bioretention basin. A two year restoration extension request was approved by the Department in October of 2016.

One well was in production during the inspection. The well was labeled and no bubbling was observed in the well cellar. One production tank and one GPU were observed in secondary containment. Conductivity readings taken from the well pad surface and the containment structures were low. No staining was observed on the well pad surface.

No violations were observed during this inspection.
