2812620 Primary Facility 2018-12-10 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted The DEP conducted a routine inspection of SWEPI's Shughart 490 Well Pad in Richmond Twp, Tioga County on 12/10/2018 at 1205 hours. The weather was cloudy and 30 degrees.

There are three producing wells onsite with one highland production tank. The site appears to still be stabilized and no erosional issues were observed. Fluids on the pad surface were frozen. The long, steep access road to this pad and the Shughart 534 have numerous waterbars in place. Only minor erosional channels were observed on the access road, presumably due to the heavy amounts of rain throughout the year.

No violations noted today, I departed the site at 1230 hours.
