Well tag present. WACR submitted and approved by the PADEP on 1/28/10. E&S controls were implemented. At the time of inspection, no E&S or IW issues. Well head consisted of 8¿pipe reduced to 4¿ to 2¿ production with multiple shut offs. Well head showed low corrosion. Production equipment consisted of 100 bbl brine tank (<35 bbl fluid), separator (150 psi).. No odor of gas around production equipment.
