2703104 Primary Facility 2018-03-06 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of inspection, well was producing. Well integrity was in good condition with no signs of any leaks or spills at the site. Cellar is filled to surface with gravel. The well is properly labeled and the Emergency Response sign remains posted at the entrance to the pad. Pressure was reading somewhere around 500 psi for tubing.

The pad has 3 line heaters located within a lined, steel dike. A separate dike has 4 steel tanks (3 for produced water, 1 for condensate). There was also a gas buster hooked up. Production is being reported to the Department.

2835535 Primary Facility 2019-02-04 Routine/Partial Inspection No Violations Noted On 2/4/2019, WQS Brian MacQuarrie onsite. While onsite meet with Tom Baun-XTO Energy. Currently, the Kyne 4H (019-22804), Guiher 6H (019-22805) and Kyne 5H (019-22806) are being drilled. Previously, the 1H (019-22264), 2H(019-22265) and 3H(019-22266) were drilled and in production. Production equipment onsite consists of four 400 bbl production tanks installed within stainless steel containment structure and three gas processing units. Soundwall installed around perimeter of well pad. Previously disturbed areas stabilized with vegetative growth.
