| At the time of inspection, rig is onsite , but has been laid down.  Well was covered with a steel plate.  Most of equipment remained onsite and is on containment.  Toolpusher said they'll be moving rig to Ohio.  Surface casing was cemented using 435 sxs Class A (94 bbls), 2% Gypsum, 2% CaCl2, 15.6 ppg, 1.22 yield.  Displaced with 76 bbls water and landed plug.  Floats held and 22 bbls cement returned to surface.  A float shoe and collar were used with 4 centralizers.
 
Intermediate casing was cemented using 670 sxs Class A (146 bbls), 2% Gypsum, 2% CaCl2, 15.6 ppg, 1.22 yield.  Displaced with 154 bbls water. Did not bump plug.  Floats held and 25 bbls cement returned to surface.  A float shoe and collar were used with 16 centralizers.

| At the time of inspection, rig is onsite , but has been laid down.  Well was covered with a steel plate.  Most of equipment remained onsite and is on containment.  Toolpusher said they'll be moving rig to Ohio.  Surface casing was cemented using 435 sxs Class A (94 bbls), 2% Gypsum, 2% CaCl2, 15.6 ppg, 1.22 yield.  Displaced with 76 bbls water and landed plug.  Floats held and 22 bbls cement returned to surface.  A float shoe and collar were used with 4 centralizers.
