2640248 Primary Facility 2017-09-27 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Ownership review has concluded. Last known operator of well was Glenn Walter(now deceased). Well was permitted in 1979. No well records or production reports have been submitted. A title search at the Warren County office of Register and Recorder indicates the terms of the lease were breached, and the lease reverted back to the original leaseholder. The original leaseholder was James Schumann. In 2008 James Schumann transferred all of his assets to his daughter. I contacted her to discuss the status of the wells. She was aware of two wells on the property, but could not provide any specific dates of last known operations, other than those of Glenn Walter. The well does not appear to have been operated for quite some time, the production lines have been disconnected, and I was not able to locate a tank farm on the property.
