This is scheduled to be the 4th Utica well drilled on this pad. No set date has been determined for the start of the drilling of this well at the time of this inspection. Justin Greene(drilling consultant) was at this inspection. No violations were noted at the time of this inspection.
2765973 Primary Facility 2018-08-16 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Department representative Sue Herzing conducted a routine site inspection at Seneca Resources CRV Pad C08-X on August 16, 2018 with company man Justin Greene. The site sign, weekly E&S log, drilling permits, emergency response plan, and PPC plan were onsite for review.

There are currently 7 producing Marcellus wells located on the well pad. The operator is currently in the process of drilling 1 of 6 Utica wells. All six Uitca wells have been spud. The operator was is in the process of drilling Utica well 023-20235 using Patterson 328 Rig. The drilling depth was at approximately 6,650 ft. during the Departments inspection. The kick-off point is at 10,500 ft. with a total depth of 21,000 ft.

All rig equipment, tanks, silos, diesel fuel tanks, oils, etc. have been placed on the primary rig timber mat containment. An additional layer of secondary containment separates all of the equipment listed above. Overall, the containment system looks great, no water was observed laying on the containment. A dedicated v

2813532 Primary Facility 2018-12-11 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Department representative Sue Herzing conducted a routine site inspection at Seneca Resources CRV Pad C08-X on December 11, 2018. The site sign, weekly E&S log, drilling permits, emergency response plan, and PPC plan were onsite for review.

The operator just finished drilling Utica well 023-2033 and then walked the Patterson 328 rig over to begin drilling on well 023-20230. Drilling on Utica well 033-20230 just began today (December 11, 2018).

All rig equipment, tanks, silos, diesel fuel tanks, oils, etc. have been placed on timber rig mats serving as primary containment. An additional layer of secondary containment separates all of the equipment listed above and consists of geotextile and additional liners. Overall, the containment system looks great, no water was observed laying on the containment. A dedicated vacuum set system is stationed onsite within secondary containment. Kevin Deal, a drilling consultant was at this inspection. The drilling was started on 10-13-18 and drilling was completed on 11-13-18. No violations were noted at this inspection.
2839655 Primary Facility 2019-02-13 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted At the time of this inspection the drilling of this well had been completed. The prepping of this well for Hydraulic Fracturing (Stimulation) was complete at the time of this inspection. Adam Pierce (Stimulation consultant) was at this inspection. No violations noted at this inspection.
2850659 Primary Facility 2019-03-06 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted Department representative Sue Herzing conducted a routine site inspection at Seneca Resources CRV Pad C08-X on March 6, 2019.

There are a total of 7 producing Marcellus wells located on this well pad. Each well is currently enclosed in a yellow cage. In addition, there are 6 recently drilled Utica wells on this pad. Each Utica well head is currently wrapped in black fabric. Adjacent to the Utica wells are 5 frac tanks stationed in secondary containment with a berm. Snow was observed within the containment system,

There are 7 gas production units located on the E edge of the well pad. In addition, there are (5) 400 BBL produced fluids tanks stationed in a modular secondary cobtainment along the N edge of the well pad. Water within this containment is frozen and snow covered. Adjacent to the produced fluids containment are 20 manifolded frac tanks stationed in secondary containment with a berm. Snow was observed in the containment system.
