Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0004507055 2017-08-18 Production Wells No Violations The compliance notice that I found on this well was satisfied in 2006. The well is carrying 240 psi gas pressure and is in the process of being transferred to a domestic well.
0822757914 2006-04-27 Production Wells No Violations Looks like gas line is running to residence. Pits filled and graded, erosion controlled.
1040398790 2002-12-20 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations Jeff Moran Cable tool rig. Called Rocky yesterday to mud 8 casing. No visual mud to top. Some 8 casing still on ground at end of walk. Not sure if all 8 in ground.

Driller log shows 80 ft. of 10 drive pipe. Fresh water at 90 ft. 8 5/8 560 ft. casin

1041538017 2003-01-02 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations INSPECTION W/ JEFF FRY. APPEARS THE OPERATOR HAS FINISHED DRILLING TO DEPTH OF 1235. GAS HISSING OUT OF PIPE. APPEARS THAT FROM THE DRILL CHART THAT THE BIG CINNAMON IS WHERE GAS WAS FOUND- 1125 TO 1210 FEET.
1074871364 2004-01-23 Production Wells No Violations Well is not hooked up, no ID, not capable and pit still open, and preliminary restoration not completed.

Will advise Dave Crow. Well has 10. And 8 with swadge down to 2 valve.

1466175134 2016-06-16 Production Wells No Violations This inspection was conducted as a status check. The well consists of 8 casing swaged down to 2 with a valve. The valve was open. A 2 metal flow line was observed and is then reduced to 1 before it enters a drip and regulator. After the regulator the flow line transitions to 1 plastic where it is then buried. A valve was observed after the regulator and was open. A gauge on the wellhead showed approximatley 210 lbs./psi. Identification was not observed at the well. (5) photos were taken of the well. Time of inspection: 10:40 AM. Weather: 80*F, Overcast
1835542946 2004-06-23 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Well has been completed but is not being produced. No pump jack is on the well but could hear gas bubbling in the casing. The pit has been somewhat closed but some of the liner is sticking out of the hole and a mound of dirt is present that has not been graded or seeded. Prelim Restoration was due around Sept /2003. Phone call was made to Michigan Geo Search Inc.
