| 1398444249 | 2016-10-19 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection today is a status check on the Shapley #1 well. During my inspection I found the well and it is equipped with 2.375 inch diameter tubing, a 1 inch diameter steel line plumbed up to the annulus to dispose brine through the annular disposal method, and a pumping unit. The well is producing through the tubing. The well is located along side Front Street, directly behind a building that is 20 feet by 10 feet in size. The production equipment consists of one 25 barrel steel tank and a salt water knockout located on top of the steel tank. Correct identification is located on the tank and it reads Creighton Drilling Shapley Lease 1-2. This is a common tank battery shared between 3416723224 and 3416766092. The RBDMS status of this well is Final Restoration. That is incorrect, this is a producing well. Pictures of the production equipment and the well were taken to assist with this inspection. |
