1426091499 | 2015-03-11 | Production Wells | No Violations | I went in and performed an inspection and revealed the following: The well is equipped with a pumping unit with electric hook up. There is a 4.5casing and 1.5tubing. The production manifold has been closed in due to the dozer striking the 2 flow line. The company is working with the State to get wells in compliance. |
2019455565 | 2015-03-10 | Production Wells | No Violations | Approximately 3:15pm I received a call from Rick Hughes with Country Time land company. 614-620-3079 was ricks cell phone number. They hired a company that performs excavating work by the name of Tri- Five excavating to do some grub work. The dozer was about 150 south of Imlay rd. The dozer was pushing north and up hill on some brush and caught a 2flow line. They blade broke the line at a 2collar. The line bled down and had a 2x3 oil spot that was on the surface. There was an absorbent pad placed on the spot to clean up the oil. The well was shut in. Will return in the morning. |
