Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0844930581 2017-11-02 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to conduct a status check on well #2-0792. Production reporting was current. Lease access was stable and drivable. Correct identification was present. The 8.625 well head was plumbed above grade and contained a closed valve. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. Production valves were in the open position. The surface flow line had a small leak that was collecting on the ground. The tank battery consisted of one (1) horizontal separator, one (1) 210 bbl production tank, one (1) concrete brine vault and one (1) meter set. The separator remained in good repair. The production tank remained in good repair with correct identification. Valves were closed and plugged. The vault remained in good repair above grade and was holding fluid with free board. The meter station contained a current production chart. I called and spoke with lease operator Don Pahovey concerning the flow line leak. Mr. Pahovey stated that he had the leak scheduled for repair. Mr. Pahovey called Inspector Frye on 11/3/2017 to report the leak had been repaired. I will schedule a follow-up inspection to document the repair.
1510233263 2017-11-09 Production Wells No Violations The purpose of my inspection was to document repairs to a leaking flowline at the wellhead. I received a phone call from lease operator that the leak had been repaired the afternoon following the previous inspection. At the time of my inspection, the leak had been repaired and contaminated soil removed. No further action is necessary.
