Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1481726496 2016-10-25 Production Wells No Violations The purpose for my inspection was to conduct a status check on well # 2-1477. A review of RDBMS indicates the operator is current with reporting production. The well location is within an agricultural field that is stable. Correct and legible identification is present at the well head. The 8.625 surface casing is below grade. The 4.5 production casing is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The Demco gate valve is in the closed position. No audible or visual leaks were detected. A domestic supply connection is present. Production equipment for well # 2-1477 is within an earthen dike that is shared with #2-1478 and #2-1503. The dike is stable and sufficient for containment. A heavy gauge wire fence is erected around the perimeter. Correct and legible identification for all wells produced through the battery is present on the fence. Equipment contained within the dike consists of two (2) horizontal separators, one (1) vertical separator and one (1) 100 bbl production tank. The separator specific to well # 2-1477 is not identified. Both horizontal separators remained in good repair. No audible or visual leaks were detected. Neither unit contained a current production chart. Production valves were in the closed position. I will contact the Owner to have the separator specific to well #2-1477 identified.
