1310171330 2017-04-07 Orphan No Violations My inspection found the well to be equipped with 3.5 casing. The 8.625 casing is buried below grade and is not visible. The well casing is plumbed up above ground and has a wellhead tree in place. There is 1.5 tubing in the well. There is a 2 flow line plumbed from the wellhead to the tank battery. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a horizontal 100 BBL production tank, a 100 BBL brine tank, and a mechanical separator. There will need to be trees removed to access the well and tank battery. There are currently no obstructions in the way from the entry to the tank battery.
1452293801 2016-01-05 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I inspected this well location as part of an evaluation of current site conditions. The well and battery are located in a wooded portion of an otherwise mostly agricultural property. At the time of this inspection, the following elements were present: a wellhead with 8 5/8-inch surface casing, 3.5-inch production casing, and mechanical plunger lift. There was a battery with one 210-barrel steel production tank, one 100-barrel steel brine tank, one 100-barrel steel horizontal field tank., and separator unit. The various elements show significant corrosion and lack of maintenance. The former access road has become overgrown and unidentifiable. To date, the owner of record has not responded to attempts to contact them. Liability insurance coverage has lapsed.
