Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1372366559 2010-02-09 Production Wells No Violations Inspection this day found well producing with jack, tank has good IDs, current chart and good dike.
1590394933 2017-08-25 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I accompanied ODNR Inspector Brian Sefcik. The inspection on this day revealed that the well is equipped with 7 1/2 inch diameter surface casing, 4 1/2 inch diameter production casing, and 1 1/2 inch diameter tubing, operated by a pumping unit with a valve that appears to be open. The production equipment is made up of five (5) 100 barrel steel tanks, one 50 barrel steel tank, three recording gauges, and three vertical separators. The Hall recording gauge has a current chart as of 8/24/2017. The production reporting is up to date, and the tanks are properly identified. The tanks have shared production from three other surrounding wells (3416725424, 3416722212, 3416726232). There are no issues at this time and the well is in production at the time of inspection.
