-inch casing was placed to a depth of 350 feet. The 13 3/8-inch casing is 54.50 lb. per foot and is buttress thread. The shoe track is 44.82 feet. There was a float shoe, float collar and 4 centralizers placed on the string. Schlumberger is placing the cement on the casing job. The total sacks are 493 sacks of regular class A cement. The additives that were mixed in the job are .50% of B348 Fluid loss additive control, .13lb per sack of D-130 lost circulation control agent, .15% B-160 A of dispersant, .020gal per sack of D047 antifoam. The open hole had 30 % excess of cement only. The job consisted of 50 barrels of fresh water ahead, 20-barrel gel spacer and 5 barrels of fresh water then mix 104 barrels of cement slurry at 15.6 lb. per gallon. Then displaced down rubber wiper plug with 48 barrels of fresh water. Landed plug at 860 psi and held for 5 minutes then released back. There was 28 barrels of cement slurry back to surface the return sample weighed 15.4 lb. per gallon.

1759636111 2019-05-09 Casing String Witnessed No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed Precision Rathole had drilled a 30-inch diameter hole to the depth of 120 feet. Lightning Energy ran 123 feet of 24-inch diameter 94 pound per foot Conductor Pipe, with 3 foot of stick up. Petroset Cementing was on location rigged up their cement lines pumped 5 barrels of fresh water and established circulation with 62 barrels, 305 sacks of class A cement with 2% Calcium Chloride and .25 pound per sack of poly flake with a weight of 15.6 pounds per gallon and a yield of 1.21 cubic foot per sack. Cement was displaced to 108 feet with 57 barrels of fresh water, with 15 barrels of good cement to surface.
