1342548569 2012-07-10 Production Wells Violations Noted I came across this tank battery when I was searching for permit 7183. I found that the separator was laying on its side and there was a pool of oil near the base, approximately 18 to 24 in diameter. No contamination was found outside the dike. This tank battery is shared with permits 2222 and 2612, and proper identification was posted. I called James Samples on 7/10/12 to inform him of the spill. He agreed to remove the separator and clean the spilled oil. I conducted a follow up inspection on 7/13/12 and found that nothing had been done.
