0988467125 | 2019-04-22 | Production Wells | No Violations | The purpose of my inspection was the operator has submitted a request to put the well in temporary inactive status, the well and all production equipment was located on a 100-year flood plain. On the day of my inspection I witnessed production equipment included a 100-barrel steel production fluid storage tank that was inside of containment and appeared to be empty. There was a horizontal separator, drip and 2-inch diameter meter run outside of containment. The chart recorder did not have a chart at the time of my inspection. The well was equipped with 8.625-inch diameter surface casing, 4.5-inch diameter production casing, 2.375-inch diameter tubing with rods an IDECO pumping unit and an electric motor. The identification was located on the production equipment but was still on an Enervest Operating Identification card. The casing and tubing valves were open at the time of my inspection and flow line valve was shut and well appears to be idle, production was reported for 2017. |
