1950790096 2016-02-23 Orphan No Violations Performed inspection of this well alongside Steve Sapio of the USFS and Jim Wood of the BLM. Upon inspection, it was observed that the well is idle, incapable of production, and may be orphan. The well was assigned this API # by DOGRM Permitting Section as a result of this inspection. The well consists of wooden conductor and 6.625 casing with an old open bradenhead. The well is leaking gas from the 6.625 casing at a steady rate. The well is not near a house or any public roadways. Photos were taken. The well will be referred to the Orphan Well Program.
