1441218608 2015-09-02 Orphan No Violations I inspected this well location as an update to the existing I&O Case file. At the time of this inspection, the well is buried under 3 feet of earth near a tree in a small landscaped area on the street side of the house. This information is based on my interview with the resident (Mrs. Baker). The is no detectable gas and Mrs. Baker does not report any problems associated with the well. She reported that they were not interested in having the landscaped area disturbed for plugging and abandonment activity.
