1542123937 2018-10-19 Orphan No Violations I was on location to witness work being conducted to locate a suspected well (Complaint #5850) . RA Gibson was on location to excavate the suspected location. The well was discovered on the west side of the residence. The well was comprised of a 6-inch OD casing with 3-bolt head. There was a 1-inch domestic supply connection which traversed to the west to some unknown endpoint(s) . This connection was cut and capped. Gas was observed to be leaking from around the casing lid. A temporary vault structure was placed on the well, consisting of a 55-gallon drum with a 2-inch steel passive vent stack riser. The drum vault was buried pending further disposition.
