Access to the well and tank battery was snow covered and drivable. The 8.625 well head was below grade. The 4.5 production casing was equipped with a casing plunger. Correct identification was present. No leaks were observed. Production valves were in the open position. Staining consistent with a legacy operation was present. The tank battery was shared with 2-1890. An earthen dike that was stable and free of fluid was present around the equipment. The area was covered with snow. Equipment within the dike consisted of one (1) vertical separator with a roots meter, one (1) master meter, one (1) 210 bbl production tank and one (1) 100 bbl brine tank. The separator remained in good repair. The master meter contained a current 31 day chart. The production tank remained in good repair. Valves were closed and plugged.
