0866105921 | 2018-12-20 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I conducted an inspection on this well. The well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and in production, at the time of this inspection. The well was fenced with legible identification. The tank battery was comprised of one 210 BBL tank, one 100 BBL tank and three mechanical separators. One of the separators had a domestic line with a regulator and meter. The diked tank battery had legible identification and was shared with wells 2-0503, 2-0505, and 2-0506. The tank battery was fenced with locked man doors, and the lease access was stable. |
1020318577 | 2013-05-21 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the well to be equipped with a concoil wellhead. The well and tank battery are surrounded by a chain link fence. The tank battery consists of a 210 BBL production tank, a 100 BBL brine tank, and three mechanical separators. The dike needs rebuilt. I spoke with Charlie from Enervest about having the repairs done. The proper identification is on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. The lease road and tank battery are being shared with permit numbers 2-503, 2-505, and 2-506. |
1375102771 | 2013-07-29 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the dike around the tank battery has been repaired. Nothing else has changed since my last inspection. |
1582749133 | 2016-10-31 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I conducted an inspection on this well. The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the valves on the wellhead were open. The well was fenced and locked. The last production records were submitted in 2015. The tank battery consisted of one 210 BBL production tank, one 100 BBL brine tank, and three mechanical separators. Tank valves were plugged. The tank battery is shared with wells 2-0503, 2-0505, and 2-0506. Valves on the mechanical separators were open and charts for all of the wells showed production. The mechanical separator whose flow line comes from well 2-0505, has a domestic line with a meter and regulator. The tank battery was diked and fenced with a locked man door. Proper signage was located at the well and tank battery locations. The lease access was stable. |
1695924071 | 2015-10-27 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | My inspection found no changes since my last inspection. Ergon was on location hauling 6 ft of oil from the production tank. No violations found. |
