1487183853 | 2017-02-15 | Plug / Plug Back | No Violations | I met with ODNR Inspector Lowder at this location to witness plugging and abandonment activity. At the time of this inspection, the following activities were completed: the bottom formation plug (Clinton) had been set previously and the well was found to be quiet and stable with no gas. Crews from Appalachian Well Service arrived and ran in tooling to evaluate the placement of the bottom plug and rip the 4.5-inch casing with explosive charges. The bottom plug was found to be satisfactory and the 4.5-inch casing was ripped without incident or problem. |
