0010048071 | 2018-07-03 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The gate valve on the tubing was open and the 2 inch flow line valve was open. Production records for this well were current. The well was fenced with a locked man door. The tank battery consisted of two 100 BBL production tanks, two 35 BBL poly brine tanks, and two mechnical separators. Valves on the separators were open. The tank valves were plugged but one of the poly brine tank valves was leaking and needs repaired. The 35 BBL poly tank with the leaking valve has been emptied. The tank battery was shared with wells 2-1729 and 2-1730. The tank battery was diked and fenced with a locked man door. Signage has been installed at the well and tank battery locations. The lease access was stable. No violations observed. |
0246981583 | 2013-05-29 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | My inspection found the well to be equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery and well are in good repair and surrounded by a wood fence. The tank battery consists of two 100 BBL production tanks, a 35 BBL poly brine tank, and a mechanical separator. The proper identification is located on the tank battery. The lease road is in stable condition. The lease road and tank battery are being shared by permit numbers 2-1730 and 2-1729. |
0469429415 | 2016-11-15 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I conducted an inspection on this well. The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the valves on the wellhead were open. The last reported production for this well was in 2014. The well was fenced. The tank battery consisted of two 100 BBL production tanks, two 35 BBL poly brine tanks, and two mechnical separators. Valves on the separators were open and charts show production. The tank valves were plugged but one of the poly brine tank valves was leaking and needs repaired. The tank battery is shared with wells 2-1729 and 2-1730. The tank battery was diked. The lease access was stable. There was no signage at the tank battery or well locations but need to have that added. I contacted Matt Postlathwaite 330-417-1397 from Alliance Petroleum about repairing the leaking tank valve and signage installation at the tank battery. |
