Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0597291205 2016-11-08 Production Wells No Violations On the date of my inspection I found a wellhead equipped with 10 inch casing, 7 inch casing swedged to 4.5 inch, and 2 inch tubing. A pulley system is attached to the top of the tubing. The wellhead is broken off at ground level and is leaning at a 45 degree angle. Tubing can be seen running down the casing. 2 inch production line is tied into the tubing and runs along the ground. The production line ties into a 6 inch steel pipe that ties into a large 11 inch drip. Another 2 inch line comes off the top of the drip and is cut off. No tank battery is present. The well is listed as having a historic owner in RBDMS and there are no production records.
