Original Spud 1981-06-09 TGT 9-8-03 I called a Ronnie Rice of Ohio River Collieries. Home 740-695-5071(H) to discuss status of this well. HE thought it was plugged. I had talked to his wife in the 90's concerning the well and the possibility of someone taking over the well. I had several people contact me but nothing transpired. John Keller of VSS&P was involved representing Gary Hopkins of Appalachian Well Services, the statutory owner of the well vial a form 7 but they claim that Gary could not produce because of title problems. Mr Rice suggested I call Ms. Rice at 740-968-3582. I did and left message for her to call me.
