Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1370281787 2013-06-03 Final Restoration No Violations The Ohio Geological Survey card for this well shows a well drilled 1345 feet into the Berea Sandstone using 2 casing. The card also shows that the well was plugged and abandoned 10-24-1986. I conducted an inspection of the area were the wells were located and it appears that they were properly capped and covered. I was unable to get updated GPS coordinates. I talked to the landowner, he moved onto the property after the wells were plugged. He has had no issues or knowledge of the wells on his property. At this time final restoration for this well can be passed.
