1695558268 | 2013-07-24 | Production Wells | No Violations | I was on location with ODNR inspector Pat Shreve to try and determine what is in the hole and what will need done to properly plug this well when the permit to plug and abandon is used and a plugging rigs comes on location. We determined that there is likely casing on hangers with packing in the hole, likely being 2 and 3 inside. It was also agreed upon that a full cement plug would need to be cemented in this well to properly plug the well. Information from offset wells was also collected at this time to try and determine what could possibly in the well when it comes time to plug. Each one of the 10 wells on the property could have different downhole properties and each well will need to be addressed separately. |
