0459536972 | 2015-09-16 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The well is equipped with a plunger lift unit. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly marked well identification sign. The tank battery consisted of eight 400 BBL production tanks and was diked. The tanks are located within a spray-lined and sealed secondary containment. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipators. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock is installed on top of the production tanks. Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of:
Jersey barriers are installed around the production equipment. The entire well pad is enclosed with a 6 foot high, chain link fence with 3 strand barbed wire and the man doors were locked. Along the interior of the chain link fence there is an earthen berm and it was stable. Drainage and erosion controls at the pad are in place and functioning. A closed-loop, above-ground drilling pit system was used, so there are no earthen pits requiring closure. The pad has a crushed limestone surface, and is in good repair. The lease road is stable and drivable. Preliminary restoration passed. |

The equipment on the pad consists of the following: 8 - 400 bbl production tanks, four labelled as containing produced water, and four labelled as containing condensate. 6 Producing wells 6 Sand separators 6 Gas processing units 1 Combustor unit | |
1341461719 | 2012-07-05 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I arrived on site at approximately 11:00pm (23:00hrs) on July 4th to witness the cementing of the 9 5/8 casing. Upon arrival, I observed that Patterson Drilling Rig # 328 had reached a total depth of 2415 and ran 2398 of 40#, 9 5/8 casing. Sam Barker (Consultant) advised that Weatherford had the wrong landing joint delivered and that they were waiting on another landing joint. He also advised that the landing joint should be on site before midnight. The landing joint arrived on site at 12:20am (00:20 hrs) via Mid East Trucking. The rig crew and Wyoming Casing ran the landing joint, rigged down Wyoming Casing, and rigged up O-TEX Cementing in preparation for cementing . O-TEX pumped 870 sacks of Class H cement (15.6 PPG and 1.24 CUFT/SK yield) and got approximately 40 barrels of cement returns to surface (plug bumped @ 3:50am (03:50hrs). After obtaining a copy of the cement ticket, I departed the site at 4:58am (04:58hrs). |
1364534233 | 2015-01-15 | Production Wells | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a status check of this well. The well is open flow with a wellhead tree assembly. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The tank battery consisted of 8, 400 BBL production tanks and was diked. A windsock was installed on the top of the production tanks. Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of:
