0540893141 | 2015-11-30 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations | I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The well is open flow with a wellhead Christmas tree assembly. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is properly identified with a clear, legibly-marked well identification sign. The tank battery consisted of six, 400 BBL production tanks and was diked. The tanks are located within a spray-lined and sealed secondary containment. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipators. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock are installed on top of the production tanks. Other production equipment on the well pad consisted of:

1084081353 | 2016-03-01 | Production Wells | No Violations | I conducted a status check of this well. Identification signs were posted at the access road entrance, the well, and the storage tanks. The access road was equipped with a gate and was locked. The #6H well is in production. The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The production tanks are surrounded by a steel dike. The pad is surrounded by a fence and all man doors were locked.
The equipment on the pad consists of the following: 6 - 400 bbl production tanks, three labelled as containing produced water, and three labelled as containing condensate. 1 Low pressure vertical separator located inside the dike 6 Producing wells 6 Sand separators 6 Gas processing units 1 Heat Treater 1 Vapor Recovery Unit |
2061556569 | 2018-12-18 | Production Wells | No Violations | The well was equipped with a plunger-lift assembly. The surface/intermediate and intermediate/production annular gauges displayed readings of zero psi. I performed a walk-around inspection of the production pad and erosional controls appeared in-place. No violations were observed at the well or production pad at the time of inspection. |
