| 1507141504 | 2017-10-04 | UrbanProduction Wells | No Violations | I received a call from Joe Teppert at 10:47am to inform me that the stuffing box had leaked at this Rose Run well. I arrived on location and met with the pumper and Josh Schrock (Enervest). 15-20 gallons of oil had impacted a 10 X 15 area in front of the wellhead. Scott Miller Contracting arrived on location and scraped up the impacted material for disposal. The wellhead was wiped down and the area was cleaned up. The wellhead is equipped with 2.875 tubing and a natural gas powered pumping unit. The wellhead is fenced and the ID is posted on the fencing. The well produces to a fenced and diked tank battery to the east that is shared with the Jones #1 (PN#20385). The battery contains two (2) 210 barrel tanks, a 50 barrel tank, a vertical separator, and the associated meter run. The required IDs are posted at the tank battery. No violations. |
