0419709675 | 2018-11-19 | Production Wells | No Violations | The well was equipped with a plunger-lift assembly. The surface/intermediate and intermediate/production annular gauges displayed readings of zero psi. I performed a walk-around inspection of the pad and erosional controls appeared functioning. No violations were observed at the time of inspection. |
0702288629 | 2017-03-02 | Preliminary Restoration | No Violations |
I was on location to conduct a preliminary restoration inspection. The #8H well is in production and is equipped with plunger lift assembly. Jersey barriers were installed around the wellhead. The well is identified with a legibly-marked well identification sign. Identification was posted at the tank battery which consisted of eight 400 bbl production tanks, four labeled as containing produced water, and four labelled as containing condensate, and one low-pressure vertical separator. The tank battery is surrounded by a dike. There are e-stops outside the barriers, and the tanks are grounded, and have static dissipaters. There is a truck grounding area for trucks collecting condensate and/or produced water. Lightning protection and a windsock are installed on top of the production tanks. Production equipment on the well pad consisted of: 6 producing wells 8- 400 bbl production tanks, four labelled as containing fresh water, and four labelled as containing condensate 6 sand separators 6 gas processing units 1 low pressure vertical separator located inside of the dike 1 vapor recovery unit 1 horizontal separator, 1 compressor station 2 bullet tanks Jersey barriers are installed around the production equipment. The access road and man doors were locked. Drainage and erosion controls at the pad are in place and functioning. A closed-loop, above-ground drilling pit system was used, so there are no earthen pits requiring closure. The pad has a crushed limestone surface, and is in good repair. The lease road was stable in in good repair. |
1362639603 | 2013-03-07 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on site to witness the cementing of the 20 conductor casing. My inspection revealed that Express Energy Services drilled a 26 inch hole to a total depth of 120 feet and ran 20 casing to a depth of 120 feet. OTEX cemented the casing with 250 sacks of Class A cement (2% CaCl; .5 lb/sack cello flake; .4% C-41P). The cement had a density of 15.6 pounds per gallon; a yield of 1.18 cubic feet per sack, and used 5.2 gallons of mix water per sack cement. There was good circulation throughout the job and 14 barrels of cement was circulated to surface. My inspection also revealed no violations at this time. NOTE: Had to wait on a vacuum truck to arrive on site to start the cement job. I was on site at 10:45pm on 3/06/13 because they were suppose to be ready to start cementing at 11:00pm, but they didnt finish cementing the casing until 01:09am on 3/07/2013. |
1363784387 | 2013-03-20 | Drill / Deepen / Reopen | No Violations | I was on site to witness the cementing of the 13 3/8 surface casing. My inspection revealed that Nomac Rig # 70 has drilled a 17.5 hole to a total depth of 522 and ran 522 of 13.375 surface casing. The 13.375 casing has an inside diameter of 12.615 and weighs 54.5 pounds per foot. They ran five bowspring centralizers on joints 1,3,6,9,12. Schlumberger cemented the casing with 480 sacks (102.58 barrels) of ClassA (D901) cement with 2% CaCl (S001), .125 pound per sack D130 (lost circulation material), and .2% D046 (antifoam). There was good circulation throughout the job and approximately 26 barrels of cement was circulated to surface. Schlumberger conducted the casing test at 1180 PSI for 5 minutes; casing test was approved. My inspection revealed no violations at this time. |
