| Routine inspection of Seneca Resources Corporation's E17-COP-A well pad on January 4, 2018. No one was onsite during my inspection. The ground was covered in snow. There are 4 producing Marcellus wells located on this partially restored well pad (033-26860, 033-26883, 033-26884, & 033-26885). Each well is properly tagged with the API and well permit number. Each well cellar is backfilled with gravel. There are 2 single gas production units (GPU) and one double GPU. Each well is connected to these GPU before discharging into the gathering pipeline.  There are (4) 400 bbl produced fluids tanks stationed in secondary containment.  As mentioned above, the well pad has been partially restored to its post construction footprint. Well site restoration reports for all 4 wells listed above have been submitted and approved by the Department. In addition, the ESCGP for this phase of the Punxy. Hunt Club Project has also been terminated.

| Department representative Sue Herzing conducted a routine site inspection at Seneca Resources E17-COP-A well pad on March 19, 2019. No one was onsite during my inspection. No E&S issues were observed.
