| On 11/5/2013, I performed an inspection of T&F Exploration's well plugging and restoration site.  The site is located in Washington Twp., Greene County.  The inspection was performed due to a request by the Operator for a post plugging site restoration inspection.

The site sign was in place and legible.  The well head was labeled.

The access road is in place and stoned.  The road appears to also be a driveway for a local resident.  The well pad was still in place and the well head was also still in place.  The drilling pit had been removed and reclaimed, but the drill pad remained and had poor vegetative cover.  Operator will need to address the poor vegetation issues and address the issue of the site needing to be returned to approximate original contour with the removal of the production lines.
