| On 1/8/2014, I performed an inspection of Energy Corporation of America's Cree#7  well site.  The site is located in Cumberland Twp., Greene County.  The inspection was performed due to a request by the Operator for a post plugging site restoration inspection.

The well head was labeled. 
 
−
 
 
−
The access road is still in place and stoned.  The well pad was still in place and the well head was also still in place and labeled.  The drilling pit had been removed and reclaimed, but the drill pad remained and was stable with good vegetation growth.  I spoke with the landowner and the landowner has requested that the well pad and access road be left for future use by the landowner.  The well pad and access road are less than 5 acres so no ESCGP permit was necessary.
