| On December 12, 2018, the Department performed an inspection of the EQT/Rice Energy Whipkey well pad site.  Present at time of inspection was Jamie Davis (EQT). The site is located in Gray Twp., Greene Co. The inspection was related to a request by the operator for a pre-operational inspection of the site prior to new drilling operations on the site.

The site was original permitted by Rice Energy with an ESCGP1 permit. The site has been transferred to EQT and has been re-permitted as an ESCGP2 permit.  The operator now plans to drill new wells at the site, and has requested a pre-operational inspection for the new wells.
