| The Department was at the property where the Moore wells will be drilled.  The Department received a permit objection because of springs in the vicinity of these wells.  The Department walked the property and observed some springs.  These springs are outside of the disturbed area.  The Operator and/or the disturbed area needs to be greater than 100 ft. from these springs unless a waiver from the Department is obtained.  The Department recommends locating these springs and taking pre-drill samples to insure water quality is not effected.  There does not appear to be spacing issues related to the springs on this property.

The Department recommends locating these springs and taking pre-drill samples to insure water quality is not effected.
