The access road is completely rocked along with the entire drill pad. the E/S BMP's are in place and appear to be in good condition. The site has reached temp. stailization and has been hydro-seeded. Please continue to conduct the regular ESCGP-1 inspections on a weekly basis and/or after a measurable rainfall event as per your permit conditions.

2198507 Primary Facility 2013-07-30 Incident- Response to Accident or Event In Compliance with Policy On July 26, 2013, the Department received a notification of a possible spill at CONSOL Energy’s MOR 20 site. The event involved a rain puddle with a rainbow sheen on it, possible from heavy equipment parked there. CONSOL responded by excavating the dirt around the site and rechecking it.
2682137 Primary Facility 2018-01-12 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On Friday, January 12, 2018, I conducted a routine-complete inspection at the MOR20 Well Site located in Morris Township, Greene County.

The gas well, FHS (059-25971), and the associated infrastructure appeared to be in good condition and functioning properly. Each well was labelled.

No violations were identified during the inspection.
